Transfer and Technology Application

Science and technology play an important role in the implementation of sustainable development. Effective technology is one that is in conformity with community needs in such a way that it can be used in a certain time span in order to improve community welfare. Therefore, in order to motivate the development and the implementation of sustainable development, SDI implements the activity/program of transfer and application of effective technology. In this context, the technology to develop in the discourse of sustainable development should focus on a technology that does not contradict the local ecosystem. In addition, technology application should be done wisely, and should be adjusted to the need of community, should not nullify the existing technology, but, on the other hand, improve the performance of the local technology.
